BILLY’S PLAQUE, GOLD COAST ARTS CENTRE

On 15th May 2014 a number of Billy’s friends and colleagues got together in The Basement room of the Gold Coast Arts Centre to commemorate the placement of a plaque celebrating Billy’s life and work.  The plaque was donated by Billy’s brother, Jack Hubner, and myself.

My thanks go to Mr Kelvin Cordell for his kindness in facilitating the manufacture and placement of the plaque.
